For years I have been having dreams that I need to phone someone sometimes it is for help or I am trying to phone someone urgently and I never get through to them for different reasons like I cant get a dialling tone or I cant get through to the number or no one will answer, can you help in giving me some reason why I am having those dreams.
Dream Meaning
When we dream that we are trying to phone someone, we are usually having difficulty in connecting with someone in our waking lives. It can often seem as if it is the fault of the other person we are trying to connect with because they are ignoring us in some way. However, this feeling of not being able to get through to someone is often because of our own communication style, rather than being the fault of the person that we are trying to get in contact with.

When you dream that you need to phone urgently, there is something you need to say immediately, but you keep your mouth shut because you don’t know how it will be received at the other end.
Not being able to get a dialling tone or no one answering suggests that you are waiting for someone to ask you if you need any help, rather than you directly asking for assistance yourself. Don’t be too proud to ask for help and don’t be too upset if someone rejects your request.
