The invitation to chat about dreams with Talksport’s Mike Graham is an unusual privilege for a dream psychologist, mainly because the male dominated world of sport often appears to be the complete opposite of the seemingly touchy-feely realm of dreams. However, I was absolutely delighted to accept Mike’s invitation because everyone dreams but many people are put off exploring their dreams because there is so much misleading and inaccurate information spouted by self acclaimed ‘dream experts’. Mike asked some great questions and the interview was a wonderful opportunity to open up a whole new audience to the potential value of putting their dreams into action.
